REPLICABLITY PROJECT

A first project consisted in carrying out a replication work of the analysis process of a fellow trainee in the program, as part of the "Research Replicability and Workflow Management (R & WFM)" training module. At the same time, my process of analysis had to be replicated by the fellow student with whom I was associated. This project contributed to the achievement of our first objective, insofar as it made it possible not only to practice on the handling of the R software (organization and transformation of data, analysis and visualization of data), but also and above all to integrate the notions of transparency and collaboration which are essential in any data analysis process.
